Welcome to BizBlog!
Welcome to our new blog. Our goal with this blog is to provide you with business development and operating strategies that work, to provide support for specific business problems and to form a network of business folks sharing their thoughts and solutions for various situations and problems that have worked for them.
The strategies we will be offering are based on mine and our business partners’ personal successes and failures, along with successes and failures of businesses we’ve been involved with. Through these experiences the strategies and solutions we will be presenting have been proven. They work! Most were learned from failures we’ve had and how we corrected our own and other businesses’ mistakes. Failures, perseverance and support will lead to success. Many of today’s millionaires struggled though failure, some multiple failures, before they became successful.
We have many topics we can talk about such as:
- Business development: pitfalls, solutions and plans
- Strategic Alliances: different types, what works and what doesn’t.
- Business Funding: types, needs, what type of funding works for specific situations, where and how to obtain funding.
- Operating: pitfalls, solutions and plans
- Business Financial Management in good and bad times.
However… before we launch our own topics we would like to hear from you. What aspects of business… problems, situations, solutions and plans would you like to chat about?
Please comment. Help us start a business solutions blog forum that everyone participates in and benefits from.

I would agree 100% that all business owners have some sort of problem. What is even scarier; is when you apply a cost to those problems. Remember the cost to the business owner usually comes in 3 ways. Money the most common, Time or Freedom. Is your business giving back to you the Money that you want, the time with friends or family and the freedom to do what you want when you want to do it. If the answer is no…that’s our first problem. http://www.xsellence.com/products2.php
