Andrew C. Nester has over 40 years of experience in
business management consulting, general management, senior
marketing and sales, and engineering positions with various
high technology companies and Internet related companies.
EXPERIENCE:
As an independent consultant, Andrew has helped several
companies develop, improve and turn around various aspects of
their businesses including operations, financial management,
business planning, marketing and sales programs, restructuring
and facilitated strategic alliances including acquisitions and
funding.
Andrew has served as President/CEO of a Wireless Broadband
Solutions Provider. He set up and operated one of the first
commercial wireless, broadband, solutions provider operations
in the country. He has been a consultant to an additional
eleven companies establishing wireless broadband operations
throughout the United States. In addition, he was president of
two software companies. One provided office automation
software, systems, and support to the medical practice
management and legal practice management markets, the other
served the Funded Health Care Market.
Andrew has also held key executive positions in marketing
and sales for a variety of high technology firms offering
systems software, semiconductor test equipment, disk and
magnetic tape controllers, Winchester disk drives, printers and
word processing systems.
EDUCATION:
Andrew has a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Additionally, he received the acclaimed Xerox sales training
and has completed various marketing and management courses at
university extensions.
MILITARY:
Andrew served in the U.S. Navy aboard the Battleships
Wisconsin and Iowa. He has an honorable discharge as Radarman
2nd Class.
PERSONAL:
Andrew has two daughters and four granddaughters. His
hobbies are fishing, hiking and taking his granddaughters on
unique, special trips. He has written a book, Introduction to Life
Xtensions. He has written and had articles on
Reseller Channel Marketing, Strategic Alliances and Stress
and Aging published. He has conducted seminars on Forming
Strategic Alliances, has been a speaker at local and
national business and marketing conferences. He was a
start-up founder of Softech an organization for high
technology companies north of San Francisco, CA. He
established and facilitated The CEO Coaches Huddle, a
business forum for Presidents/CEO’s of high technology
companies.

John Moorhead founded the
first marketing firm to specialize in High Tech, Moorhead
Marketing, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA in 1969 after launching two
start ups, one in Chicago, Il and the other in Palo Alto, CA.
Moorhead moved to Palo Alto to focus on emerging technology
firms springing up in the then called Santa Clara Valley. Over
the past 40 years, his firm evolved from one focused on high
tech start ups to a broad based marketing strategy and Internet
communications firm servicing clients in many different
industries nationally. Moorhead shifted in 1994 from clients
primarily in the San Francisco bay area to a national present
with offices in Ft Lauderdale, FL and Dallas, TX.
Moorhead and his firm worked
with a number of entrepreneurial start-ups during their
formation years, grooming them for recognition in their
respective fields, creating the correct positioning for their
brand. Moorhead helped launch some of the most important
technological innovations of the last forty years including the
first 3.5” disk drive, drug testing assays, telecommunications
equipment, semiconductors, personal computers and
software.
Moorhead in 1994 pioneered in
the development of the Internet by building some of the first
dynamically driven web sites for several fortune 100 companies.
Since then his firm has built web sites for a large number of
clients in many differing industries. Some of them include
financial institutions, publishing, dealers, distributors, home
builders, Insurance companies, telecomm and marine parts
suppliers.
Acorn Internet Marketing is
primarily a business development firm focused on using the
Internet as the main media communication vehicle helping small
to medium sized companies compete on a level playing field
against their competitors in the vast Internet
world.

Benjamin (Ben) Steele
received his degree from the University of Nevada – Reno in
December 1972 with a major in Business and was licensed in the
State of Nevada in April, 1979. Ben is a Council Member for the
Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been
both a Trustee and Chairman for the Nevada CPA Foundation and
received an award from the Nevada Society of CPAs for
Outstanding Chairman - Professional Ethics Committee 1981-1982.
Ben has also served on several Blue Ribbon Commissions for the
Nevada State Board. Ben has been a member of the Nevada Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants since 1976 & 1979
respectively.

Jonathan (Jon) Steele
received his degree from California State University - Fresno
in August, 1997 with a Major in Business Administration and was
licensed in the State of Nevada in April, 2000.
Jon went to High School in Carson City, Nevada and was
Four-Time State Champion in Track & Cross Country. Jon also
competed for Fresno State's Track & Cross Country teams for
his five-year college career. Jon currently enjoys his new set
of twin boys, skeet shooting, sailing, and landscaping his new
home in South Reno.

In 1980, Andrea Wilson began a love affair with computers.
Later she spent seventeen years in customer service in the
software sector, supporting complex software applications and
exercising her well-developed people skills. In 2000, Andrea
discovered Web design and Internet marketing... and fell in
love all over again! She left corporate life in 2004 to pursue
Web design and Internet marketing full time and now happily
works from home. Every day she assists clients with decisions
related to designing their Web site, optimizing their site for
the search engines and marketing their products or services
online. Andrea designs Web sites in Dreamweaver® and in a nifty
program called XSite Pro®, which acts as both a Web
design application and a Customer Management System -- it's
a perfect tool for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Andrea has a BA in English from the University of Victoria
(Victoria, BC), a teaching certificate from the University of
Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta) and a Web publishing certificate
from Langara College (Vancouver, BC).
Andrea has two sons (both geeks!), two grandsons (geeks in
training!) and two cats (often found snoozing under Andrea's
desk lamp). She loves spending time with family and friends,
reading, writing, studying, researching, browsing the Internet,
shopping, watching makeover shows on TV and playing Role
Playing Games on the computer (at 58, she may be the oldest
World of Warcraft player in the world!).
